The reversible SearMagic technology is characterized by one wide-ribbed side for achieving professional sear lines and one smooth side for foods such as fish or vegetables. The H-shaped dual burner along with the FlavorMaster porcelain briquettes work together to create 40,000 BTU of power and provide precise heat control for the perfect BBQ flavor.
