"I’ve used my new wok a few times now, and I gotta say, I’m pretty impressed. It’s solid, well-made, and has the perfect amount of weight. I usually just cook for myself and stick to simple stuff like scrambled eggs and noodles, but so far, this wok has been killing it. "Very nice pan. Good heat conduction. I like it because it does not have hot spots, very even heating through out the pan. It is not a non stick pan so it does require oil or butter to make it non stick. Works well on the grill or the stove."

"I received my complimentary stainless steel wok as part of the Napoleon Product Testing team and I really enjoy cooking with it. The wok itself is very well-constructed with a flat bottom that allows it to sit nicely on any cooking surface–a definite plus. It’s large enough to comfortably cook for 3-4 people. I was a little skeptical about the stainless being non-stick, but when preheated correctly, I haven’t had any issues with sticking and cleanup has been a breeze. I’ve been able to obtain a perfect sear on shrimp, scallops and chicken. Overall, I’m very happy with my new wok and would recommend it to a friend."

"I was excited to try out the Napoleon Stainless Steel Wok that I received for free through the Tester Club at Napoleon! I just bought my new Napoleon BBQ with power side burner and have only used it for searing. I decided to try a family favourite, honey bbq sesame chicken stir fry!! This wok worked amazing, retaining heat even when dial turned down and nothing stuck to the bottom. The only suggestion I would add is to extend the double thick steel bottom up another inch to extend the inner high heat retention. Otherwise a great cooking wok and cleaned up easy! Well worth the purchase."
