"This casarole dish has been a great addition to my cookware collection both outside on the grill and smoker, and inside in the oven as well. The size is very versatile for use as a cooking dish for things like casaroles and also as a stylish serving dish for keeping grilled foods nice and warm on the dinner table."
What a pan!
"When we got this pan we were excited but skeptical about how well it could really cook. It’s just a dish, right? Put food in dish, add appropriate heat and boom, cooked food. We decided a roasted chicken would be a nice start to test this thing and wow! The chicken came out beautifully cooked, with a nice colour to it. On top of that, it basically fell apart. We’ve all cooked chicken a million times, almost to the point of being old hat but after this, I am actually excited for the next time we make a chicken. Or a casserole… or whatever great idea comes up next. This is definitely a tool that will stay active in our rotation!"

"I received my Ceramic Casserole Dish toay. I used it to cook pork and beans, cooked them in my oven at 250 degrees F for 7 hours. It took 6. 5 hours, so heating was quicker than anticipated. The pot is sealed very well with the lid on it and also it preserved the flavours better than ever. I also did a Pasta casserole and was supprised to see the results, what is fun is the flavor it keeps! I am very satisfied and recommend it. Only problem is that there should be instructions on how to prepare the pot before using it, probably it should be oiled with some kind of oil i. e. vegetable oil, and heated well before the first use. It washed easily with hot water and soap but in the end there was slight discoloration spots that stayed in the bottom of the pot. it's too bad, I'm sure the spots would have been avoided had there been instructions on how to prepare the pot before using it. Otherwise, it's great, thank you."
New go-to Pan
"I received this as part of the Napoleon tester program. This pan looks great and cooks really nice and even. This pan is dishwasher safe, but I just washed it by hand very easily cleanup because of the nonstick coating. I will get a lot of use out of this pan and it is my new go-to pan."

Great Casserole Dish
"This is a gorgeous pan both in looks and performance. It looks beautiful on the table as a serving dish and cooks food better than any other dish of its type we I have ever owned. The food we’ve cooked in it always browns beautifully and looks absolutely delicious. Like others, we’ve noticed that the lid does not fit as snugly as one would think it should, but everything comes out to perfection - both with and without the lid. One slight caveat: it is not as non-stick as we thought it would be. A light spray with your favorite nonstick cooking spray easily solves that though. This beautiful pan is a welcome addition to our home and will certainly see a lot of use!"

A lot better than I first thought. May need two. . . .
"We have had our ceramic casserole dish for a bit over a month. In that time we have used it several times. While I was initially a bit concerned that it was ceramic, I was wrong. It is very heavy with a wonderful surface. We have cooked baked beans, brussel sprouts, mac and cheese and squash. We have never had anything stick to the surface and it cooks very evenly with no hot or cold spots. There is only one issue, when we are cooking several different things, the question becomes who gets to use the casserole dish, my wife in our kitchen or me on my Napoleon. It's on my agenda to cook short ribs on my grill. If they are anything but perfect, I'll update my review."
