"Assembly went very smooth. Pleased with the operation and performance so far. Only disappointment is that the natural gas model that I purchased came with a booth of the base cabinet designed to hold a propane tank. A solid bottom that would allow for storage in the cabinet would have been preferred."
"Good deal on sale. Lower door wont stay shut needs stronger magnet. Will open with slight wind. Oil catch under grill will also blow out on windy days due to being open in the back. Need to be closed up more on rear of grill. Other than that seems like a well built grill and should last. Great warranty hope I don't need it."
"I bought this BBQ a year ago and I hate it. Bought it because of the great reviews and solid cast iron base. The first thing to go wrong was the jet light pilot system, this is the most complicated lighting system ever designed and sticks on which allows dirty yellow flames to cook and soot your food. I fixed that somewhat by cleaning the greasy propane residue from the system bit it still sticks(return springs are way to to weak). Nex was the regulator, could only get about 300f out of the grill. Replaced that with a amazon special and its better. Next is the sparker that lights the pilot that lights the main burners, it no longer sparks. I bought this at the full price and could not regret it more. Avoid this brand all together. Jet light is a joke."
"It often makes an annoying sound. I have to turn the burners off and back on to make the sound go away. The problem appears to happen more often when there's wind (even mild wind)."
"Received second Freestyle 365 grill today but unfortunately same problem as the first one does not light. Followed manual instruction but did not work. Tried calling tech support number provided but a one hour wait time. Very disappointed"
"Grill is great but it's also brand new. A few years from now would be the correct time to ask if the grill is as I expected. _x000D_ So far the grill has live up to expectations. I will say that it came with a hefty price tag. Hopefully I won't have to find out but I hope the warranty lives up to expectations"

"The base of the grill is a flimsy piece of junk. The door won’t stay shut because it’s not hitting the magnetic latch. My wife talked to someone online and they said it is supposed to be that way. Very disappointed with this grill!"
