Perfect Outdoor Grill
"Extremely well built and engineered BBQ, has all the bells and whistles you will ever need for outdoor cooking. Sear station works great and rear burner is a must for great rotisserie cooking. Easy to assemble but the unit is very heavy due to its solid construction so two people needed to put together. I also purchased the stainless steel griddle and charcoal tray and all work perfectly in this unit. Highly recommend this BBQ for all enthusiasts."

Two-piece lid issue
"The two piece cover on the new Prestige drips constantly from the rear vent. It has damaged my wooden deck with oil stains . Needless to say, I am not impressed. There is an opening at the back of the lid between the two sections that allows the moisture/oil to escape. This is a poor design and can easily be fixed by reshaping the lower section with a lip that would redirect this oil/moisture back into the bbq."

Poorly written manual
"Nice grill works well but……. the assembly guide is very poorly written with mainly illustrations and very few supporting text and is half the size of the owners manual. A manual that’s the same size as the owners manual would be helpful. I’m not the only to point out the flaws of the manual."
Needs shelf
"My only dissapointment with this model as compared to my previous model is that there is no shelf on the left side behind the door. I've been trying to find a cabinet or shelf to fit there to no avail so far."
Connected Display Does Not Work and No Support
"Skip the Connected version and save money. I hired two experienced grill assemblers to put the grill together. They could not get the display to boot up. I then rechecked all the connections, tested the batteries, and tried the powering up the display with a corded connection. Nothing worked. I then called the ""support line"". After waiting on line for 30 minutes, I decided to use the ""call back"" option. They are supposed to call you back in 48 hours. I am still waiting for this supposed call back. I am always very good at solving technical issues. In this case, the instructions and online support are horribly in adequate. Save the money and go with a conventional grill without the connected feature."
Haven't received all the parts, haven't used it yet
"I bought the grill almost 3 months ago but didn't receive all the parts in the box. I contacted customer support and they're supposedly sending me the missing parts, but I still haven't received them. The ETA for delivery of the parts was 5/16 and that didn't happen. The grill looks pretty on my patio, sure wish I could use it. . ."
