"The grill shipped quickly from the retail shop, and assembly was very straightforward with no significant issues. There was internal factory damage (dent) to a door edge, and I did receive a replacement which also arrived damaged via UPS. I managed to straighten out the dent in the replacement door to a satisfactory level and will not try to have it replaced a gain. The grill works great, much better than my old midrange Costco grill. The cooking area is the size we need for our family and things we grill with very even heating, fast heat up, and good control. I look forward to experiment with the rotisserie once I acquire a smoking insert."
