"Good product. Good price. The folding side wings are a bit flimsy. I have no reason to fold them down, especially since the vinyl bbq cover size warrants them up. They would be better if a little more rigid and fixed in place. Also wish the back of the stand had a full sheet of steel and not the way it’s currently designed. Assembly was relatively easy and I was able to do it on my own only asking for assistance when attaching the main grill to the stand. I think it took about two hours in total for complete assembly. If I was doing it again I could probably do it in half that time."

Grill works fine, but arrived damaged

"Grill works fine, but arrived with cosmetic damage to lid handle and significant denting on one door. I submitted a warranty claim online a month ago and have not received any response or acknowledgment. I have called their phone number and the automated message states long wait times. I waited anyway and was directed by an automated message to leave a call-back number. No one returned the call. The email address that is on their website and in their printed literature replies with an automated email stating that their email is no longer monitored for responses. There is no way to contact this company."
