Many Problems
"Within short period of time the grill lighter was not lighting rear infrared burner, but lighting the side burner. I was then lighting rear Infrared burner with handheld lighter, but 3 weeks ago the flame chaged from a blue 2 inch flame to a bright yellow 6 inch flame, therefore it is unusable! Any suggestions?"

Not worth the money
"What I have found so far is this grill is not worth the money paid. For starters the brakes are hard to get to. The rear burner is good when you get it lit. The other burners have hotter sections front to rear. Have not been able to get the rear or side burners to light using the igniter. As far as the side burner goes I had a hard time keeping it lit with a little wind blowing around it. Had to do it manually. At this point I hope it last as long as the warranty allows."

Disappointed For The Money!!
"Liked what I saw about this gill. Unfortunatly it did not live up to expectations. Purchased this grill from Recreation Outfitters which was problematic in itself as once purchased, they said the price was wrong on their website and wanted to charge me an additional $200. After kicking and screaming and threatening to post that info on their site, they kept to the original price. Now onto the grill itself. Assembly was complicated as the directions were not correct. After assembly everything worked as expected. My first cookout went fine. I did notice the back of the burners to be hotter than the front. As time went on, I fully noticed this grill does not cook evenly with the rear of the grill much hotter than the front. The next biggest downside is the stainless steel. Its cheap. It stains easily. So lets say you drip some butter on the side holder. Wipe it up quickly or the stain is not coming out. After two years you can see every mark and stain on the side holders. My 15 yo Ducan still shines without a mark. Again, the stainless steel is thin and easily stainable. This must be the reason they say dont leave in the weather and it should be stored. As far as durability, well I already have a knob that wont ignite and the temperature gage is stuck on 600F. That will be a phone call. For the price I expected much better. Would not purchase again."

New Napoleo
"Putting together was a little difficult, instructions were poor but found a great video that helped. I enjoy how quickly it lights up and how quicklt it heats up. I bought this because of the warranty and long life expectancy. So far, I've enjoyed using it and very impressed with it."

Top quality that looks good!
"I wanted this one particular model after both a long and exhaustive online search as well as visiting several dealers in my area. Although the newer units (in stock)were in the Matt black I wanted this stainless steel model. Only one seller within a 100 mile radius had it in stock but fortunately for me it was deeply discounted! Unboxing and assembly showed the quality and careful thought that went into the manufacturing of this grill. After ownership of just a couple weeks I would unequivocally recommend this grill. I have since purchased the cover, the rotisserie and the charcoal tray!"

Overall Quite Happy
"Was a little difficult to put together, the instructions weren't always clear. . . . . The door of the cabinet does not stay closed, but we managed to fix that with an additional magnet (the door only came with one magnet). The grills are a little looser than I would have liked, but otherwise it is awesome. The grill heats up really fast, it cooks evenly. The fact that I don't have to fight with a lighter to get it started is wonderful as well. this is a nice replacement to my 10yr old broil-mate"
