    "First, I am very happy with the new grates for Napoleon grill. I ordered these as replacement grates and they work great. The communication from vendor was very poor. I received order confirmation, but never received confirmation that order shipped. I even sent email asking status of shipment…no response. Suddenly it appeared on doorstep. The product was great, but the customer communication was not."
