    Napoleon travelq

    "I bought this bbq on sale at canadian tire in alberta. I find the quality and performance of the bbq poor and unreliable. I have tried to use it 6 times and only once did it get up to a decent temp. (600 degrees) that was functional to cook at. All other times I was doing good to get to 300 degrees. Every time you open the lid to check on your food it loses to much heat that the bbq doesn't get up to temp. I have left it running for at least 30 minutes or more to try to get it up to a decent cooking temp. to no avail. I would not recommend this bbq to anyone. All in all I wish I would have saved my money."

    Big disappointment

    "I did lots of research and was very eager and happy to purchase a travelQ BBQ. But I had a big disappointment as it was not turning on (problem with regulator I think…there was a flame when I turned it on but as soon as I released the knob, it would turned off…flame was not gooing to burner). Big disappointment again with the service at Napoleon. I waited 1 hr on the phone to get assistance but was not able to talk to someone. I posted a question online ten days ago and still no answer…just got an email to thank me for my question and that someone would get back to me. I decided to return the BBQ to the store."

    "I decided to upgrade my older portable bbq with this one, it Won’t go above 300 degrees and my old napoleon travelQ 225 which is old and is tired after all these years works better than this. At the price it is sold it is an insult."

    Fits in storage bay beautifully

    "Replaced a Coleman 2 burner bbq with a folding stand for the Napoleon TravelQ primarily for the compact size. I operate it with an 11 pound tank and adapter hose. I love it! Sometimes the flame isn’t very strong but I shut off the fuel at the tank and let it burn out, then close the 2 valves and open the tank valve very slowly. This often fixes the low flame issue."

    Paint not good, started falling - not covered by warranty

    "I bought this grill just over a year ago and the paint has started to fall down, inside and outside. I contacted Napoleon and they told me that the warranty doesn’t cover any paint, regardless of where it is falling."
