This Plus model is upgraded with a digital needle probe that allows you to track internal food temperature in real time. Simply tighten the circulator clamps onto any pot or tank, up to 45 liters (12 gallons), and transform it into a controlled bath, capable of handling the high volume of professional kitchens. What is Sous Vide Cooking?
