The Rutland Black Furnace Cement, 8 oz Tub provides a premium item for your hearth products. This pre-mixed cement has been a top choice for furnace cement for more than 90 years. Use black furnace cement to bond and seal metal to metal or masonry to metal joints under 1/8-inch thick to provide a smoke and gas tight fit. This cement can also be used to install or reset furnaces or oil burners. Black furnace cement has been rated for 2,200 degrees Fahrenheit, requires heat to cure, and can be painted after the heat curing process.
