The side-table thermometer's two probes enable you to simultaneously monitor the internal temperature for a cut of meat and the ambient grill temperature without opening your grill to check inside and losing retained heat. This unit has an integrated countdown timer and a wide range of target doneness levels for each cut of meat--or you can set your own target. This thermometer features an operating temperature range of -58 degrees to +572 degrees Fahrenheit.
