The Coyote flat top griddle features complete 304 stainless steel construction and has been manufactured for high performance with two individually controlled heating zones and a heavy gauge cooking surface for even heating across all 400 square inches of cooking space. Additional features include an LED gas supply safety light, stainless steel cover and removable grease trap. Featuring a new thermocouple safety valve that only allows gas to flow when a flame is present to keep you safe and prevent gas leaks or potential hazards.
