    On/Off remote and ignition was

    "On/Off remote and ignition was our second choice behind the Hi/Lo remote system. However, the Hi/Lo remote quite two weeks after install due to a communication problem between the remote and the burner box. HPC acknowledge this repeated problem with the model and offered to repair and/or replace at their expense. However, we opted for the reliable On/Off model. The only thing not as pleasing with the On/ Off model is the height of the flame; too high and not adjustable lower. Still, our flame is beautiful and we are enjoying our design."
