"Finally had a chance to use the griddle. I must say not only impressed but happy. It's well coated, has drain holes and one side is flat for eggs and pancakes etc, the reverse side has the Napoleon wave for grill marks. . very nice, heats well and easy clean if you want! I'd recommend for sure a ni e accessory to a great bbq. . . . it fits perfectly I to grate area also"

"Note that this product was received free from Napoleon for testing purposes. I have used this griddle now on several occasions and we are very pleased with it, and the barbequing results! We typically use the griddle for chicken and veggies. It seems very well made, and does what's it's supposed to do as it expands what we are able to cook on our Napolean BBQ. Love that you could also flip it for different applications Only ""gripe"" was that there was nothing that came in the box pertaining to cleaning / maintaining / seasoning the griddle - but we figured it out!"
"I always wanted a griddle and jumped at the chance to be a tester for Napoleon. I really like the way you can cook a whole meal on it at one time. It also makes cooking half of the grill for vegan cooking when we need to. We cook coat potatoes in oil and spices and the grill side cooks them without sitting in the oil. I will continue to look for new ways to use it."
"I received this product from Napoleon as a tester. This is the perfect plateforme to give you versatility to cook various meal du to its dual cooking sides( flat side and a rippled side). The cooking surface is big. It's provides a consistant heat that allows you to sear or roast at an even temperature throughout surface. I made dishes such as scrambled eggs, bacon and meat loaf, all dishes were cooked to perfection. With its porcelain-enameled cast-iron it made it impervious to scratching. In addition, the cleaning of the product was very easy. I highly recommend this product."
"Napoleon sent me this product to test! At first, I wasn't really enthousiast about it because I already have a plancha. But I realized that this could be an amazing alternative for smaller recipes or easier to use in winter so I gave it a fair try! First, just by its look and weight, it seems solid and well made. I admit I had my doubts about enameled cast iron at first, but wow! I got excellent results on some chicken and onions! We mixed those with pasta and it was perfect! It retains its temperature really easily, it charred the chicken just perfectly. It was also really easy to wash afterward, the flat side and the grooved one. Does it replace a full plancha, absolutely not. It could be a great way to try it though and see if you really use it. Some food fell off since the edge is not high enough. Also, if you were to make something really greasy, you might want to keep an eye on that small grease bucket! I used metal spatula on it and there's no damage or dent on it."
"I have both the Enameled Cast Iron Reversible Griddle and the regular Cast Iron Reversible Griddle. I did a comparison of both products to see what would be more useable for myself. With the Enameled CI reversible Griddle, to start off, a quick wash with soap and water, it was ready to be placed on my BBQ. It sits directly on top of my grill grates. With the regular CI griddle, i had to wash and then season to get them ready to use on the grill. It sits perfectly on the grill, for my first test grill. I had some rib steaks prepared, onion and mushrooms as well. I did the SV prep on the steaks and got the griddle to the searing temperature to get perfect grill marks and sear on the steaks. It heated up quickly and was perfect. As for the onions and mushrooms, i used the flat side of the griddle (quick flip) and it was a nice slow cook for both of the vegetables, both came our perfect. It was an even temperature across so it was an easy cook. As for cleaning, this is where i had struggled with the regular cast iron griddle, using salt and what not and it was not as easy to clean. With this Enameled Cast Iron griddle, cleaning is much easier, i purchased Daddy Scrubs and a plastic non scratch scrub to help clean just like I would use for Le Crueset or a Staub enamel pot. Cleaning was a breeze."
