A welcome addition

"This is a welcome addition to your accessories I want to give the press five stars, with only one small exception. I had a hard time opening the full size press the first time I used it. I ended up having to get my strap wrench out of my toolbox to get the parts initially separated. After that initial challenge, the press worked flawlessly. I consider it a valued addition to my Napoleon equipment. Although it probably wasn't necessary to avoid any possible challenges, I sprayed the inside of the larger press with non-stick spray before loading the ground beef. As I am the proud owner of a Napoleon 825 grill and a Napoleon Rogue PRO Phantom griddle, I will certainly put these presses to good use and surely give them a good home."

Burger press fun

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We love this burger press! Cleanup is quick and easy, and it's so much fun creating stuffed burgers with all of our favorite ingredients. The two different size options are a great feature and make it perfect for any meal. The burgers turned out juicy and delicious, and everyone enjoyed them. We cooked them on our Napoleon Prestige grill, and they came out fantastic. A great addition to our grilling setup! 🍔🔥"

Gets the Job Done

"This product was provided to me by the Napoleon Tester Team. Good burger press that’s easy to clean. My only ask is that maybe Napoleon could include some instructions and maybe some ideas of what kinds of stuffed burgers to make. I found myself on YouTube looking to see how to use the product and what others were making with it."

My Burgers Have Pockets Now

"I’ve been experimenting with the Napoleon Burger Press and have tried regular burgers, sliders, and stuffed burgers. Overall, it’s a well-built tool that makes consistent patties and really shines when making stuffed burgers. What Worked Well The press produces very uniform patties, and I found it especially useful for sliders. The slider size came out nearly perfect every time, with a nice thickness and shape that cooked evenly. Stuffed burgers were where the press really impressed me. I experimented with cheese, grilled onion rings, and grilled jalapeño slices inside the pocket, and the burgers turned out excellent. The pocket holds a surprising amount of filling, and because much of the volume comes from the ingredients inside, the finished burgers are substantial without requiring excessive meat. Cleaning was very easy. Everything rinsed off quickly, and there were no difficult areas to scrub. Tips I Learned For regular burgers, using more meat produced better results. Thin patties shrank considerably during cooking and ended up closer to slider size. Filling the press to roughly 80% capacity produced thicker burgers that held their shape much better. For stuffed burgers, I had the best results by creating a separate “cap” of meat rather than simply placing loose meat on top of the filling. Pressing that cap down created a solid seal around the pocket and prevented ingredients from escaping during cooking. I also found that lightly coating both the base and the top press with olive oil greatly reduced sticking and made it much easier to release the patties cleanly. Things to Be Aware Of Because the press forms thicker patties, regular burgers tend to have more of a steakhouse or pub burger shape rather than a smash burger profile. If you’re looking for thin smash burgers, this may not be the ideal tool. However, it excels at thicker burgers and stuffed burgers. The only area that could use improvement is the pocket mechanism. There are clear instructions showing that the base must be rotated to lock and unlock the insert, but even after unlocking it, separating the pieces sometimes required working them back and forth several times before they would come apart. Once assembled, the system works well, but disassembly can be a little frustrating. Overall The Napoleon Burger Press is easy to clean and produces consistently shaped patties. It excels at sliders and stuffed burgers and delivers a deep, well-defined pocket that seals fillings effectively. While thicker burgers tend toward a steakhouse style rather than smash burger style, the press does exactly what it’s designed to do and makes creating creative stuffed burgers both easy and enjoyable."

Perfect Burgers

"I received the Napoleon Gourmet Burger Press Kit last week and had the opportunity to use it for the first time this evening. I made both traditional burgers and stuffed burgers filled with jalapeños and cheddar cheese, and both turned out excellent. This burger press is superior to other burger-making products I have used in the past. With other presses, the burgers often stick to the mold, making them difficult to remove and causing them to lose their shape. The Napoleon Gourmet Burger Press released the burgers easily every time, resulting in perfectly formed burgers with minimal effort. I am very impressed with the quality, ease of use, and consistent results this product provides. I highly recommend the Napoleon Gourmet Burger Press Kit to anyone who enjoys making homemade burgers."

The way to go for juicy lucy’s

"I’ve had this just over a week now and it has been a game changer. Especially when it comes to making juicy lucy‘s. It helps make sure burger around the internal toppings is the same. Preventing leaking out or falling apart."

High quality and works like a charm

"Very easy to use and makes perfect sized and uniformed burger. The press is made by a high quality plastic and seems to be very sturdy. I ran it thru the dishwasher and no warping or melting. I only made 4 burgers so far, but the burgers were juicy and all ended up bun sized after cooking using 80-20 blend. I didn’t have a chance to use then slider ones yet, but I imagine I would get the same results."

Sorry, can't recommend it.

"Have used this to make burger patties three times so far, and won't be using it again. Two issues: 1) I like a burger that fills the bun. This burger press does not meet that requirement. It is just too small in diameter. When the patty comes out of the press, it looks about the right size for a standard bun. Alas, as we all know, burger patties do shrink somewhat during cooking, so you end up with a patty that is not nearly big enough, even when using the local grocer's made-in-store ""small kaiser"" bun. This is especially true if you prefer medium ground beef, which we do, because it provides juicier burger. 2) Getting the patty out of the press without deforming it or having chunks of meat sticking to the device is a problem. If you clean it after pressing each patty, the problem goes way. . . but, really? We didn't try the slider press that comes in the package, so no comment on that."
