"Delivery Set-up & Timelines are terrible. Instead of shipping directly to the purchaser Napoleon ships to a dealer & the purchaser picks the item up. Napoleon states delivery takes 5-7 business days. The dealer states 8-12 business days. It's been 11 business days and crickets. I phone the dealer to get a sense of the timeline and basically ""don't call us we'll call you"". Businesses wonder why Amazon is doing so well."

"I find the seasoning instructions to be inconsistent with the product finish…trying to coat a textured finish with oil and a paper towel turned into a mess…I also find the griddle to be difficult to handle and clean. I cannot comment more on the cooking performance as I am in a cold weather climate and only used once and the outcome was acceptable."
"I received this product and it works just as advertised. It heats up quick and is super easy to cook on, the heat holds so well. I cooked a steak, veggies and pierogis oddly enough the first night. The pierogis had a nice crisp outer layer, vegetables were great and the steak was perfect. The heat from the griddle provided a great sear and no loss of juices or moisture. The second night I did chicken drumsticks, skin had a nice crisp to it but the chicken was perfectly cooked. Not dried out at all. It’s a cool way to use your bbq as a flat top, vs buying one for a couple hundred bucks."

"I received this product free from Napoleon for testing purposes. Before sharing my initial thoughts, I will start by saying this is my first time using a griddle. I seasoned the griddle 3x before trying my first breakfast meal consisting of bacon, scrambled eggs, and toast. I started with the bacon as it would take the longest and required the most heat. The 1st round of bacon cooked almost too quickly; the heat was a little too high. On the 2nd round I played around with the heat to get it just right. I followed some instructions I viewed online to slowly pour in batches the eggs as you cook them, so they do not run all over, this worked well. The toast was a no brainer, just a little butter on the griddle. The breakfast was great; the bacon and eggs were just like my family likes them. I use my grill all year round so I am very happy to have the addition of the griddle. Now for some feedback, some instructions or a link to instructions for first-time owners of griddle would be nice. Information on use and care, maybe some simple recipes. The food cooked well on the griddle, and it seemed to take less time to prepare, and it was also nice not dealing with multiple pans. I was concerned about the grease and where it would go while cooking but the griddle has three slots for draining. The grease just went off the side down the grill on the grease pan and the problem was solved. Cleanup was no messier than if I cooked the meal in the kitchen, it was almost easier plus it brings you outdoors. Looking forward to trying other meals on it and seeing how it holds up."
