"Been using this pan for a few months now. . it's amazing. It fits perfectly on the infrared burner on my Napolean BBQ, and heats up really quickly. Cook bacon in it while you're cooking breakfast, throw some cut up pre cooked potatoes and they brown up quickly. Or saute some onions and peppers in butter to go along with your steak. The pan holder means you can also serve hot fajitas on your dining room table. This is a handy little pan that will help you get the most out of you Napolean BBQ."

"This platter is a great addition to our BBQ arsenal. The platter is made of heavy iron that is attractive and looks durable. The accompanying bamboo base rounds out the overall utility and attractiveness. I was impressed to see the embedded magnets which enhance safety. The removable iron handle clips in well and feels secure. I will probably be buying a second set to accommodate more guests. Highly recommended."

Great cooking tool
"I got this ast iron sizzle platter. Cookinf with cast iron is a notch above due to better heat distribution. This one is exactly what you get a great heath distribution. It needs to be seasoned as any non ceramic coated cast iron cooking tool. The removable handle is very practical but is preferaby used with a heath protection sleeve."

"I had this delivered to me a couple weeks ago, I was surprised about how good the quality was. I’m always a fan of Napoleon grills. I have not tried any of their accessories till now. In comparison to some of my other fajita pans, I like this one very much due to the fact that it has a handle that separates Off of the unit."

It's ok
"I received this product free from Napoleon for testing purposes. I received the pan in good packaging and in perfect condition. My first impression was that it felt a little low quality in comparison of other cast iron products I have purchased. The surface was pretty rough and the wood trivet looks and feels cheap. I seasoned the platter in the oven before its first, use and the platter does what it is supposed to do on the grill. It heated properly and evenly. In terms of presentation, a more quality wood trivet would have been better. The removable handle does make storage easier and you can rotate the platter on the heat easily by turning the platter and removing the handle and switching sides. I personally like grill accessories that do double — or triple — duty, so if this platter was a little deeper it would have more uses like making a dip, or baking a dessert. Overall, I think that this product does as described but does not give off the high quality vibe other Napoleon products do in function or presentation."

Excellent quality but a little small
"The quality and design of this pan is excellent. I do love the how it goes from the grill to the serving tray and clean look of the tray when the handle is removed. The removable handle is a neat feature, very sturdy when it being used and very easily removed after. I do wonder if I'm going to lose the handle down the line if it gets misplaced in the kitchen. For cooking, it was easy to place on the side burner to cook up some zucchini, peppers and onions. . . which were delicious. The reason for my 3 star review relates more to the usability of the pan. The size is pretty small. I usually am grilling for my family of 4 - and even one zucchini seemed to overwhelm the pan, such that you can't stir things around without having a few items fall out. (the narrow edge does help). If this were designed for the side burner, it could have easily been an inch or two larger all around which would have made it a much more usable pan. I'll use this again in the future, but likely only when I'm cooking for 2. Overall, I would recommend this pan for small dishes, but if you are looking for a skillet for a larger side dish - I'd suggest finding a larger pan."

"This was a lot of fun for presentation when serving fajitas to the family. Everyone loved it. Seasoning was easy, nothing stuck, so clean up was a breeze with just hot water and a stiff brush. Removable handle was a plus. Made for easy storage. Would definitely recommend."
