"Super sturdy and easy to use. The chicken comes out so juicy with crispy skin every time, and the center cup makes it fun to try different flavors (beer, broth, wine, etc. ). It’s easy to clean and works great on the BBQ. It does take up a bit of space on the grill, but the results are worth it. Highly recommend if you want perfect roast chicken at home!"
"The Napoleon PRO Chicken Infusion Roaster is an excellent addition to any griller’s toolkit. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its outstanding build quality—solid, well-made, and clearly built to last. Using it was straightforward, and it performed even better than I expected, delivering perfectly roasted, juicy chicken with minimal effort. Cleanup was easy, and the sturdy construction gives me confidence that I’ll be using this roaster for many years to come. My only minor suggestion would be for Napoleon to include a recipe booklet or a link to online recipes, which would be helpful for those looking to explore different flavors and techniques right out of the box. Thanks for the opportunity to test your products. I have several Napoleon grills and accessories and have not been disappointed with any of them. I also love supporting a Canadian company, especially since your products are excellent."
"Solid and well constructed Design could use a couple tweaks. The lip in the boiling plate that the cone fits upon needs to be taller. The cone dislodged both putting the chicken on and taking the chicken off. Also the cone needs to be taller. Putting the chicken on solidly had the bird down too far and the feet touching the plate. Finally with the beer and chicken, it was a bit ackward and heavy to carry out to the BBQ. Poured in a whole bottle of beer and added some lemon slices. Put it on the BBQ for the time I usually do and at the usual temperature. When I took it off, it had boiled dry. More on that later. Chicken was well done, flavourful and came off the carcass readily. So while the meal was good, the cleanup wasn't. The fat and juices which had drained, burned both onto the boiling plate and on the bottom pan/wok. It was a pain to clean and needed both handwashing and a run in the dishwasher. My observations - your mileage may vary :)"
"I received this product for free as part of the napoleon tester program. It’s a great , versatile tool. It allows you elevate a beer can chicken to something a cut above , doubles as a wok or roasting pan and I’m sure many more creative uses. It’s well constructed and is sure to last like any napoleon product. The only knock against is is to maybe include a recipe book or make more specific recipes online at the napoleon website available so someone starting out or who is maybe less creative can fully utilize this tool to it’s fullest potential. I would recommend giving it a try just for the fact that it is versatile but also does its main purpose well. It is very easy to use."

"I want to be transparent and mention that I received this item from Napoleon in exchange for my feedback. I like the product asthe chicken came out very moist snd flavorful. I rubbed compound butter under the skin and added potatoes to the top of the woklid in hopes that it would be a one pan dinner. However the baby potatoes were not cooked through after 75 minutes. It would be a five star product if there was a way to extract the liquid to baste the outside ofthe bird but it was still incredibly juicy and flavorful."
