"I ordered 2 through Walmart. com. Both grills were delivered with the boxes literally falling apart. Both grills were badly damaged. UPS is surely a piece of it. However, we ended up buying another grill. The packaging on the well known brand grill verses a Napoleon is night and day. Napoleon would do themselves a favor by using this well known brand's professional way of packing their products in the future."

Horrible instructions but good performance

"We bought our new BBQ from Home Depot a few weeks ago. I would have given it 5 stars - as we really like it’s performance - but I have to say the instructions it came with were INSANE!! No explaining just pictures…. some of them weren’t even accurate. Luckily I have a handy husband who is very capable assembling. However, It took him a full day (with some swearing!) of getting the job done. In his own words: Those were THE WORST instructions EVER!! So not impressed about that…. Napoleon…. . but as I said before we love our new BBQ."

"After spending time with the Freestyle™ 425, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. The grill heats up quickly, reaches high temperatures with ease, and maintains consistent heat across the cooking surface. When I spoke to Amazon they said speak to Napoleon I did and had a wonderful customer service agent named Micheal he listened to what happened and without question sent us the parts to repair the BBQ at no cost to us. Its service like this that has us being a loyal Napoleon customer."

Very Unhappy!

"Very Unhappy with this grill. Box was not damaged but grill lid has big gank and bent from factory packaging. Not a big, but the rest of this grill is junk. We put it together according to the directions. The door falls off continuously! Poor design. We used this grill twice. There is something wrong with the regulator. If I turn it down on low or medium to cook, it goes out every single time, wind or no wind! The propane is on fully, there is no user error. Have used gas grills for 25 years and this is ridiculous! I expected better after reading reviews and am returning it after less than 2 weeks!"
