    Missing Motor in Shipment

    "I ordered this rotisserie (order# 00907173) and after being told that it wasn't in stock and the that the shipment would be delayed, I received the rotisserie. After inspecting the box I realized that the motor was not included. There was two sets of the skewers and mounting brackets but no motor. I emailed the distributor and was told they had reached out to Napoleon and would give me status after hearing back. After one week with no status, I called the distributor and had to leave a message with customer service. I have not received a return call from the distributor with status. The rotisserie looks great and I am very happy with the grill I purchased prior. But it would be nice to have received the motor because I don't want to have to manually turn the rotisserie to use it."
