"Napoleon's pizza stone was very effective. My dough recipe not so much. The stone heated quickly and retained the heat for quite some time. It can be used for many other purposes when the need for keeping things warm is in order. The one negative is it does not have holders to lift the stone off of the grill conveniently"
"I bought one then another and now a third for large group meals. Love the way it drops into grill. Cleans up easy. Great under rotisserie to season potatoes and veggies. I have the Prestige 665 with side and rear side burners"
"I received this a while back and only just got the chance to use it. I was a little concerned about food sticking to the pan so I sprayed it with olive oil first. It roasted my chicken beautifully and it was great to use. Nothing stuck and the pan and it was very easy to clean. Looking forward to seeing what else I can grill on it."
"I was provided this roasting pan as a tester - it is AWESOME! For starters, it is a very good size. I didn't expect that. It has a solid feel so it feels comfortable even loaded up with veggies and a 5 pound chicken. The pan is pretty deep to so I didn't have to worry about my potatoes rolling out."
"Very handy accessory, just pick your vegetables, add your seasoning, then slow roast. Add your favourite protein and you have a quick and simple meal. The only improvement would be a sheet that provides effective methods of reducing food sticking to the pan. Will try high heat non-stick coating the next time I use it."
"I received the Grill Roasting Pan 56055 as a ""tester"" from Napoleon and I was not disappointed. i roasted a vegetable melody with sausage and garlic butter which turned out perfect. The BBQ flavour was great which the family enjoyed. I wanted to see what else I could use the pan for and it turns out it made a great warming tray. . . i made kababs but my friends were running late, so I put the kababs into the roasting pan and used indirect heat to keep them warm. . . The kababs were still most and flavourful with the BBQ flavour still very much present. The only issue I would say, is to coat the pan with oil as the Vegetable Melody did stick to the bottom of the pan. . . but cleaning it was easy. I'll be trying other recipes to see what else this roasting pan can do!"
"I would like to start by saying that I would supply this pan to test the product and a review. The first time I used it, I did roasted potatoes and onions while cooking steak steaks. Potatoes and onions turned out perfectly. The outside the potatoes were nice and crispy and tender on the inside. The built-in handles made it perfectly for putting on and taking it off the grill. And the pan was so easy to clean. The only downfall I came across was I had to remove two of my three grills to get it to drop in. It rested up against the side of the grill if I only took out one and it would not sit flush. Next time I’d like to try lasagna, although I do wish it was a little deeper for that. It opens up so many more ideas for meals while trailer camping in the summertime."
"This roasting pan is the perfect size for these grills! I received this grill roasting pan at no cost from Napoleon for testing purposes. The first thing I noticed when unboxing the Napoleon Grill Roasting Pan was its solid construction. The stainless steel is thick and sturdy, giving it a premium feel. It's not too heavy but has enough weight to sit securely on the grill without feeling flimsy. I really like the handles, which are comfortable to grab even when wearing oven mitts. Being able to move the roast from the kitchen out to the grill was a big plus, Not only did it add flavor, but my house stayed nice and cool in the process."
"Let me start by saying that Napoleon offered me this roasting pan to try out and review. I received the pan as promised and it fit perfectly on my Rogue with one grid removed. The size was very good, and the construction is excellent but could be slightly deeper if the intent was to prepare something like the lasagna that I’m used to. The pan is finished nicely and easy to clean in an average sized sink. The built in handles retract nicely when not in use and are easy grab with oven mitts on. To conclude, the stuffed peppers that I prepared in this pan were awesome, they had roasted perfectly and naturally picked up BBQ flavors that we all enjoy and love. I would recommend this pan to family and friends because it has truly added another element to BBQ cooking that I wouldn’t have imagined."
"I received this a month ago, I've used it for multiple different food; half chicken (could do a whole), lasagna and a steak. The best in my opinion was the steak being able to butter it like you would indoors in a pan was so easy with this. It was great being able to cook a half chicken in this and fish on the grill right next to each other and not worrying about running out of space as this tray takes up half the grill in my RSE425 but it allowed me to use the other half on other meats. You could also use this for mixed vegetables. I'd suggest this to anyone who is looking to really expand their cooking ideas with a BBQ!"
