    GREAT GRILL WITH THE SIB, ROTISSERIE, BASKET & TRAY

    "I bought this grill with the rotisserie, basket and the smoker tray. That makes it quite versatile. The infrared side burner chars steaks and burgers to perfection. The basket makes meat and veggies with flavors that I have not been able to create before. The smoker tray makes true wood flavored BBQ possible. It appears to be well made with robust materials. Everything fits together well and functions correctly. However, I won't know for a while how well it holds up with daily use. I can highly recommend this grill, but definitely make sure that you get the SIB. That is what sets it apart from all the others. Don't be fooled by manufacturers who claim to have effective searing with different areas on the side of the grates. There is no substitute for the 1,800 degree infrared burner. It sears steaks like the restaurants I used to watch through the window in NYC. Total Hades flames. And do purchase the rotisserie, basket and tray, as they make the grill truly versatile and are a must-have."

    "I've been super happy with the Rogue Pro 425. It preheats great in under 10 minutes. I wasn't super how much I would actually use the sear station but the infrared heat is amazing and really gives a good crisp quickly. The assembly was straight forward with the directions.     "After a lot of research I decided to go with the Rogue® PRO 425 SIB. It was easy to assemble and was ready to cook in less than an hour. The grill is easy to use and heat is definitely not an issue. As with anything new it takes a few tries to perfect techniques but let’s just say we have cooked steaks, chicken, lamb and even a few vegetables. Fast cooking and slow cooking and it can do it all. I waited two months before I shared my thoughts just to make sure I didn’t have new car syndrome. I would recommend this grill as a perfect addition to anyone’s patio."
