Outstanding quality in every part
"About 5 years ago I was in the market for a new grill, I decided to ""invest""in a quality and durable grill. I have been grilling since I was in high school, I would buy grills based on the price and not much else. They would begin to have problems within the first 3 or 4 years. I was in a Lowes near my home and I begin to look at what they had to offer. When I saw the display of Napoleon Grills I was stunned at the craftmanship, design and overall look. I said to myself, I am not leaving until I purchase the Rogue Pro 625. It is by far the best investment I ever made in a grill. Five years later it is performing as if I just took it out of a box. I truly believe that this will be the last grill I will ever need."

"Love the high temp sear side burner, the backlighted knobs and the quick heating and high but’s on the main grill. wish the lid were a bit beefier to retain heat better. Overall a great grill for the price."
Rear panel
"I like the grill, but it has an opening in the back of the base which allows water and animals to get in. I would like to order a panel to cover it, but the wait on customer service is too long"
Missing Center Back Panel
"Would have given this grill 5 stars, but not coming standard with the center back panel seems like a major design flaw. Requires you to place the grill against a wall, also seems like much easier entry for critters. The grill is perfect besides that major flaw."

"Great grill! Cooks like it’s supposed too, and holds a lot of food to cook. I got 6 large chicken breast cut in half, 8 boneless thighs, 3 sausages and a pack of boudin links on it!!!"
5 star BBQ grill
"I have had the grill over 2 years now and give it a excellent rating. The product is excellent quality and does a great job. Had to replace the temperature gage under warranty and it took a few months to get the replacement but it made it before the BBQ season was over. Thinking about purchasing the griddle but seems to be a little pricey."
I'm not impressed
"First this grill is very expensive. It arrived in a perfect box with both front doors dented. Which means someone at the factory packed defective, dented doors into the box. That's not quality control. I contacted them and it's been almost 3 months with my brand new grill with dented doors and I still haven't gotten replacements yet. I'm thinking about complaining to Amazon next where I bought it as this is totally unacceptable. in terms of how it cooks. . the grill is very hard to control the heat. My previous cheap grill was easier. if I turn the burners down too low, the wind blows them out. Another thing that didn't happen on my cheap previous grill. I can't say I would buy another grill from Napoleon to be honest. I read the reviews before I purchased, I don't understand how it got such great reviews."
