Performance-wise? It’s a beast. It heats up fast, gets plenty hot, and cooks everything evenly from edge to edge. The stainless steel top is awesome too—no stressing about rust, and cleanup is way easier than I expected. I’ve made breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas—you name it.
