Napoleon Grill is Ok

"I’ve had this grill for a few weeks now, and overall it works really well. I purchased it from Canadian Tire, and although it arrived damaged out of the box, Canadian Tire did provide the replacement parts needed for the repairs. _x000D_ _x000D_ One issue I’ve noticed is that the cooking grates don’t seem to fit properly. The grate on the far left only sits on the back support by about an eighth of an inch, so it easily slips off when cleaning or if it’s bumped — which is especially frustrating when there’s food on it. The grate on the far right also slides off, though in a different way and with more movement required. I have photos of both issues if you’d like to see them. _x000D_ _x000D_ I’ve been trying to purchase a griddle for the BBQ, but with the current fitment problems, I’m hesitant to order one online in case it doesn’t fit and needs to be returned. _x000D_ _x000D_ Aside from the grate issues, this is a great BBQ. We cook everything on it, and the rotisserie attachments we bought work perfectly."

Grill Baby , Grill !

"Love my new grill , have only been able to use it 3 times so far, still getting used to it . First off , the packaging was top notch . My old grill was a broilking , loved the grill , but hated the way you to dispose of the catch-all. So the cleaning tray on my Rogue is a big improvement. I like the searing burner so far. My one big complaint is the racks don’t fit to snuggly so they tend to slide around to much when cleaning . Also the wavy racks make it a little harder to clean , they’re cool looking but kind of wish they were straight. Love the ignition system and over all a very well built grill."
