    A perfect knife for BBQ.

"I have tried this knife for 2 months now, in Canada the season is short so this knife is used almost every day. First of all : -This knife cuts very well. -The width of the blade is perfect for cutting small or large pieces of meat -The handle is not too slippery. -Easy to clean. In summary, this is the quality we expect from a Napoleon product. You won't be disappointed."

    Great knife!

"This has been sent by Napoleon and it's been excellent. This santoku knife is a must in your kitchen. I had this with me for a few weeks now. I have been using the knife to cut steak and tuna. It gives you sharp cut on the meat. Even my friend was amazed when they are using it."

Very well balanced knife. My new daily kitchen knife

"I received this knife about a month ago. It was packaged very nice in it's own box. The knife itself has a good weight and feels well balanced. I waited to use it on a tomato from my garden and finally got to use it. The blade cut right through the skin under the weight of the knife without crushing the tomato. I have another brand knife of high quality and this knife rivals it in many ways. A long term comparison will determine the wear over time. This is my go to kitchen knife for everyday cutting. I mostly cut vegetables with this knife but imagine meat will give it no trouble."

Santoku Knife - Cuts and Delivers!

"Full disclosure and upfront honesty: I received the Santoku Knife at no cost straight from Napoleon. I want to mention this upfront because I do not want anyone to feel this review is biased. Now onto my review of the Santoku Knife. I am love grilling and I have the Napoloen Prestige Pro 825 - an amazing machine that has transformed my backyard into the oasis I had always dreamed it would be. So you can imagine my complete joy at the sight of my brand new Napoleon Santoku knife being delivered to my home. It came in a beautiful box - a box nice enough to be presented as a gift to your avid griller. I opened it and immediately picked up the knife and noticed it had a good weight to it. This gave me confidence that I could use it as a utility and a chef's knife for my steaks. I grilled a wagyu ribeye and boy did this thing cut right through it like butter! It was sharp, made precise cuts, and felt great in my hands. I also used it to chop vegetables and fruit - it's the perfect utility knife. I feel the price point is more than fair and that Napoleon knocked it out of the park with this one. I will be posting some photographs of the knife in action! If you are reading this I would say this knife is worth the buy to add to your collection!"

    Excellent knife for the price!

"The Santoku Knife from Napoleon is an excellent all-purpose knife for the kitchen. The balance is excellent. The knife has a good feel in the hand when using and is sturdy in construction. It can be used for vegetables or meats--cuts with ease. The only downside might be the heavier weight of the knife."

One Knife To Rule Them All

"A great grilling experience requires a great knife and this santoku knife can do it all. Sharp right out of the box - the blade is light and thin but sturdy. The ergonomic handle offers excellent maneuverability and comfort in hand allowing you to easily portion ribs and slice through steaks. Every grill-master needs a sharp, versatile knife and at this price point, the santoku from Napoleon is a fantastic, reliable option."

Very well balanced knife. My new daily kitchen knifr.

"I received this knife as a gift about a month ago and couldn't wait to use it. I wanted to test it on something that typically is a pain to cut. So I waited for the first tomatoes of the season from my garden. Upon opening the knife it was well packaged and protected from damage. The knife feels well balanced and not to weighty. With no effort the weight of the knife alone cut through the tomato skin without smashing the tomato. I have no doubt cutting meat will have the same result. I have chopped different vegetables so far and find the design works well for this task. This is my new daily knife and we will see how it holds up over time."

    This knife flat out performs!

"Got this knife about 3 weeks ago. Feels great in the hand. We'll balanced a great fit in the palm. I've used it to break down chicken thighs, prep ribs, slice vegetables and to slice whole turkey breast. It performed well and held its edge flawlessly. It really shined through on slicing the breast as it perfectly sliced it with skin on no matter how think or thick of a slice I made. I'd recommend this knife to anyone. It out performs my Henkles and Chicago Cutlery."

    You need one

"This santoku knife is a treasure. I received this product for a few weeks and I have been using the knife to cut steak and fish. It is sharp and gives you clean slice of meat. My friend came over for bbq and was using that. He was amazed and very satisfied after using it."

Get a Grip and Let Her Rip!

"This knife has been a dream to use. It fits quite well in my hand, with a reassuring heft and balance and solid grip. Whether chopping crisp vegetables, firm or slightly soft vine-ripened tomatoes, or slicing through medium rare marinated flank steak, the super sharp blade makes an easy job of the task. When that distant day arrives, it would be helpful to know the bevel angle of each side of the blade (10, 12, 15 degrees) so that I can properly sharpen it back to its out-of-the-box condition. Overall, I'm very happy with this Santoku knife. It certainly lives up to the quality of a Napoleon labeled product. Kudos!"
