"I received the stainless steel cooking dome as a part of the Napoleon testing program and it’s a product that I didn’t know how much I actually needed. Perfect for steaming fried eggs at breakfast, covering a plate to avoid the flies while prepping ingredients, or melting the cheddar on a cheeseburger. It’s definitely come in handy. "I’ve been using the Napoleon Stainless Steel Cooking Dome for a few weeks now, and I honestly love it. It’s way sturdier than I expected—nice weight, great quality stainless steel, and it hasn’t shown a bit of rust. I mostly use it on my flat top grill for things like melting cheese on burgers or steaming veggies, and it works perfectly every time. It really helps trap heat and cooks everything more evenly. The handle doesn’t get too hot, which is a huge plus. Super easy to clean, too. If you grill a lot, this is one of those simple tools that just makes the whole experience better."
"I received this free to test the item beginning of May. I am using for the first time now because the weather in May was not the best for grilling. Now that I have used it, I think it’s great to have in my grilling tool box. I first used it sautéing some onions on a flat griddle, and it did not disappoint. The onions came out perfectly cooked. I then made smash burgers. I used the Dome to melt the cheese on the burgers, I would honestly say that the cheese melted in a third of the time. I would recommend this Dome it worked great. Next I am going to make Fajitas. I will let you know how it goes."
