"The rolling stand was very well made and a little difficult to assemble as the tolerances for screws was tight and the metal grid work was too strong to bend, so could loosen up the screw holes a bit. The barbecue fit nicely on the stand and the clasps held it on the stand very well. The 120v is a big plus, and it works."

Awesome electric BBQ

"We are so pleasantly happy with our electric Napoleon BBQ. It has exceeded our expectation! Coming from using our Napoleon Prestige with the infrared side burner after downsizing to our condo, we weren't expecting too much. But grilling a nice thick striploin steak, or a cedar planked salmon, the results are amazing. Love this BBQ!"

"Takes forever to heat up. Cools down really fast when you open the lid or when you have meat on. Feels like the liquid in the meat is coolingen it down. The meat gets boiled. Not grilled. After 30 min on max with meat on it rea hed 170."

Pleasantly Surprised

"With the limitations of a standard 120V outlet, I wasn't expecting an electric grill of this size to be useful. I'm pleasantly surprised to discover otherwise. For casual grilling this unit does not disappoint! It is proving to be a real boon in the winter; no need to spend extra time outside messing with fuel! The unit is sturdy and the base solid. An electric element heats the cast iron grids; this limits temperature control, so be sure to use a probe for anything more demanding than burgers, sausages or hot dogs. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does need time to get up to temperature (15-20 minutes). The grill size is fine (see picture) unless you're cooking for a large group or trying to do a whole turkey. If you don't want the hassle of propane or wood and you haven't got a natural gas hook up, I highly recommend one of these!"

Works great but need help.

"I had bought the Napoleon EQ electric grill. it always worked great but the last time I used it when I was finishing up I noticed the temp dropped suddenly I adjusted the controls and it wouldn't work. i tried it later and it wouldn't heat at all. the thermostat would light up but no heat to the grill. im thinking the element may have burned out but not sure"
