Great service. Difficult install.

"The easy lift hinge was better than the original for sure. Bought this as a replacement when the bolts broke on my 2011 Xl. The original hardware was zinc and tacked into the bands. It got weak after some years. The replacement is stainless. One compliant was that the tension bolts are 5mm allen key and the spec calls for torque to 25 ft labs. I striped out 4 bolts trying to hit that target on both bands. It would be much better if Primo used a standard hex head tension bolts. Service from KickAss grills was great. shipped on time and no issues. Helpful staff too."
