I received my Fredstone in
"I received my Fredstone in the mail two weeks ago and was very excited to use it that evening to make homemade pizzas, which has become a weekly family favorite and tradition for nearly a decade. I followed the directions exactly as the printed and, after pre-heating the stone in the oven, put the tossed pizza dough ""directly on the stone. "" I then assembled the pizza and baked it until the crust was nicely browed and cheese melted and bubbly. Unfortunately, the pizza dough baked on to the Fredstone, rendering it completely unable to be removed from the Fredstone. I will attempt to bake a pizza one more time, this time with a healthy amount of corn meal on the Fredstone. . . a step that is not mentioned in the care and use instructions. Needless to say, for the amount of money that the Fredstone cost I am highly disappointed by this product and, based on my experience, do not recommend it."
