I have a pre-2015 oval

"I have a pre-2015 oval xl and the band finally snapped. This was the replacement for it and I was glad to see there were still older parts available. However, this part seemed to be warped or bent and didn't fit on my grill/smoker. I sent an email to let customer service know, but haven't heard anything back. I have pictures of it when I took it out of the box. This part was part of a bigger order and the temperature gauge and top and bottom venting fit great, but not the lift hinge and handle kit. Are you able to send me a replacement? That lid is super heavy and unusable without it. Thank you"
