Superior 30-Degree Hi-Temp Offset and Return with Adapter for 12-Inch Chimney

The Superior 30-Degree Hi-Temp Offset and Return with Adapter for 12-Inch Chimney lets you shift your chimney pipe around framing without breaking the run. Picture two 30 degree elbows stacked together, the first tilts the pipe off to one side and the second brings it right back into line with where it started, so instead of running straight up through the ceiling, the pipe takes a short step to one side and continues on, straight and true. Once the offset and return sections are joined together, the total rise comes to 16 3/8" with a centerline offset of 4 3/8", giving you a clear picture of how far the pipe shifts and how much height it takes to get there. This comes in handy when a roof rafter, beam, or duct sits right in the path and there's no way to keep the chimney perfectly vertical.

This offset and return is designed specifically for use with the Superior 12" Hi-Temp Wood-Burning Chimney with a 12 3/8" inner diameter and 15" outer diameter. Built with a double walled design, a galvanized steel outer pipe wraps around a stainless steel inner pipe, giving you the strength and heat protection needed for higher heat wood-burning applications. The adapter ties the offset into your existing pipe, so it connects cleanly without any cutting or extra work on site.

Note: The 30E-12DM & 30E-12HT 30 Degree Offset & Return Kits have undergone an overhaul. Superior has extended the inner pipe which makes for a much easier connection. As part of this upgrade, Superior is including a 6 inch transition section that is required if using a straight section between the offset and return elbows. If the installation requires an offset-to-offset connection, the 6 inch transition section is not needed.
