The Good-One

Made in the USA, The Good-One smokers were originally conceived and built back in 1988 in a small farm shop in rural Kansas. The inventor was an avid barbecue aficionado who became dissatisfied by the lack of consistent quality and temperature control from existing smokers, and so he designed a unique offset firebox cooking chamber that held even heat over much longer periods of time. This led to a top end smoker/grill that took competition barbequing to new heights. Today, The Good-One is used by some of the world’s greatest professional barbecue crews and delivers some of the world’s most delicious barbecue fare.

The cover is made from

"The cover is made from great materials and seems top notch manufactured quality. It is a bit pricy all things considered. For a cover specifically designed for this grill you would think they would measure it better and actually cover water intrusion points. It is so short that the ash drawer is not covered and the smoker collects water defeating the purpose of the cover. It is a mini skirt not a full length cover. I removed multiple stars for this reason as I cover my grills to protect them and thos offers little protection. If the firebox rusts out the grill is completely useless."
