    "2 of the 4 segments were damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. Spotix was great with the original follow-up but didn’t hear back from them after the 2 damaged segments were replaced. The product has poor craftsmanship: lots of air bubbles in the concrete and inconsistent color between segments. If you need replacement segments, make sure that you replace all 4 because the replacements seem to come from the reject pile and will not match."
