Good BBQ Awful Customer Service
"When I started putting my barbeque together, I realize some of the base components were damaged. I attempted to chat with the company on their website approximately 25 times and every time it dropped the chat while waiting to connect to an operator. There is a sheet in the box t that gave an email address to contact in case there were any issues, I sent them an email and received an auto reply saying that they no longer monitored that email address. I called the company approximately 20 times and every time it said the weight was over two hours and that I should try to chat or email! Even when I called right at opening time, I got the message that there was a two hour wait. After waiting on the phone, you could leave a message after waiting about an hour and said you would remain in the queue, but I would either not receive a call back or I received one call back four days later to which they hung up after two rings. Finally got the part ordered and they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. I waited 10 business days and did not receive anything so finally got a hold of them again and they said it had been on backorder and they just received it and it would be 7 to 10 business days. Waited 10 business days still did not receive, after multiple times of trying to get a hold of them with no luck. I finally received the parts approximately six weeks after my first attempt. I would never deal with this company again if possible. I would’ve returned this barbeque to Canadian Tire, but the store I bought it at was 8 hour return trip and the local Canadian Tire would not take it back because they did not stock it. I did put the barbeque together and it does work well, however, I would not wish this experience on anyone!"

"There are three grill grates on this grill, two larger and one smaller. The smaller grate does not stay in place and often tilts allowing what I am cooking to slide off into the inside of the grill. You would think for a grill of this cost, this should not be a problem."

"Nice grill. Heats up quickly and love that the burners light up well. The backlit control knobs are great as they light up red if turned on. I have found that there are zones with different temperatures on the cooking surface, so that needs to be watched when cooking and you may need to move the food around on the surface. Have not tried the infrared side and back burners yet, looking forward to see how those work out."
